TraceGains, a web-based compliance and regulatory document management solution for the food and beverage industries, announced its Getting Started with GFSI checklists are now available.

Available checklists include: BRC Global Standards (BRC), Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000), International Food Standards (IFS), and Safe Quality Food Institute (SQF)

According to TraceGains, the lists were co-produced with their respective owners to ensure accuracy and provide guidelines for getting acquainted with each of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognized schemes.

Trace Gains says that while GFSI is a gold standard in the industry, only one-third of the industry is compliant.
