Fuji Food Products, a provider of prepackaged sushi, opened a new 40,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in South Elgin, IL.
Agropur Inc., a North American processer of dairy products, is investing more than $55 million in its Weyauwega, WI facility to increase Feta cheese production.
River Point Farms broke ground in November 2014 on a new 70,000-sq.-ft. whole onion packaging facility featuring state-of-the-art equipment. With a capital expansion plan valued at $17.5 million, River Point Farms will operate over 95,000 sq. ft. of whole onion packaging and shipping facilities in Hermiston, OR.
The Castellini Group of Companies will build a 180,000-sq.-ft. fresh-cut fruits and vegetables processing/distribution center in Conley, GA.
Grain Processing Corporation will invest $70 million to expand operations at its Washington, IN site.
Glanbia Foods will expand its cheese production plants in Gooding and Twin Falls, ID with an $82 million investment.
Riverine Fisheries International plans to build a fish processing operation in Fulton County, KY. The 75,000-sq.-ft. facility is valued at $18.7 million.
