Hollymatic Gemini grinding system

Combining 2 mixer/grinders, the Hollymatic Gemini grinding system is intended for continuous processing. Suitable for first grind, coarse ground production, the 190 auto feed grinder has torque augers that can grind tempered meat and large, fresh meat pieces. It is connected to an all-stainless steel 180A mixer/grinder with a figure 8 mixing paddle that blends fat to lean. The system is available with a range of hopper capacities and grinding head sizes.
