Pork dumplings recalled

Som See Neh dumplings were not federally inspected

Los Angeles-based retail firm J & Y Dasung, conducting business as Som See Neh, has recalled about 178,335 pounds of frozen pork dumpling products that did not undergo federal inspection.

The products were produced from Jan. 2015 through March 2017 and were shipped to retail locations in Southern California. They do not bear the USDA mark of inspection.

The products subject to recall are:

Boxes containing 12 3-lb. plastic bags of “SOM SEE NEH Vegetable Meat Dumpling” with “Shelf Life: Frozen with 16months” and case code 96859-08224.
Boxes containing 12 3-lb. plastic bags of “SOM SEE NEH KIMCHI Dumplings” with “Shelf Life: Frozen with 16months” and case code 96859-08223.

Products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. For further questions, contact J & Y Dasung, Inc. at 323-373-0650 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, Monday through Saturday.
