Tetra Pak expands into consulting services

Processing and packaging equipment maker now offers full plant solutions

Tetra Pak, a leading manufacturer of processing and packaging equipment, is expanding its services to include consulting.

The company is offering consulting services to cover five key areas: operational performance, quality, environment, production information management, and supply chain and logistics. The consulting services began with Tetra Pak equipment in customers’ plants, and is now being expanded to plant-wide operations.

“With the expansion of our services portfolio, we’re able to leverage our decades of experience in processing and packaging to offer cutting-edge products and services designed to help our customers achieve world-class manufacturing,” says Pekka Matilainen, Tetra Pak Services VP for the Americas. “Our customers will greatly benefit from our expanded portfolio with increased efficiency and productivity.”

The new services are designed to help food and beverage plants reduce costs and environmental impact. They are available to plants even if they are not Tetra Pak customers.
