Cargill is investing $20 million to expand its cooked egg products facility in Big Lake, MN. Construction will be finished by January 2019.
Pinnacle Foods took ownership of a 350,000-sq.-ft. vegetable processing plant in Beaver Dam, WI for the production of Birds Eye vegetables; production began in January of 2018.
Perdue Farms will invest $42 million to expand its cooked chicken operation in Perry, GA. The processor will add a third cooking line, occupying 30,000 sq. ft. and creating 125 new jobs.
