SULZER has acquired BRITHINEE ELECTRIC of Colton, Calif., expanding its electromechanical services business into Southern California.

GEA
GEA received an order for DAIRYGOLD’S next milk powder plant in Ireland in Mallow, County Cork. The new plant, to be in full production in March 2020, will have a powder output capacity of 7.5 MT/hr. of whole milk, skim milk and fat-filled milk powders.

BÜHLER NORTH AMERICA appointed ANDY SHARPE as its new president and CEO. Sharpe succeeds René Steiner, who is retiring after 50 years of service.

DIVERSEY
DIVERSEY appointed MARK S. BURGESS as its new CEO. Previously CEO of Signode Industrial Group, Burgess has also served as CEO of Graham Packaging Company and CEO and CFO of Anchor Glass Container Corporation.
