Frick Brunkhorst joined the 130-year-old company at age 15 and has spent the past 25 years working across nearly every aspect of the business, from the production floor to product development, branding and long-term strategic planning.
Mills, who has served as a member of B&G Foods’ Board of Directors since March 2018, succeeds Kenneth C. “Casey” Keller, who has retired as president, CEO and a director.
Ghingo, who has served as president and a member of the Hormel Foods Board of Directors since July 2025, will succeed Jeff Ettinger, interim chief executive officer, and will continue serving on the board.
In this role, Zimmerman is responsible for leading the company’s U.S.-based business, including overall performance, commercial and financial execution, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
