Salling brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, market strategy and client growth across the life sciences sector. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of global growth and strategy, life sciences, at Jacobs, where she led global sales and business development across established and emerging accounts.

Throughout her career, Salling has held senior roles with IPS, DPS Group, Labflex and Novo Nordisk Engineering, with experience spanning strategic consulting, account management, sales operations and international business growth.
