Mills, who has served as a member of B&G Foods’ Board of Directors since March 2018, succeeds Kenneth C. “Casey” Keller, who has retired as president, CEO and a director.
Ghingo, who has served as president and a member of the Hormel Foods Board of Directors since July 2025, will succeed Jeff Ettinger, interim chief executive officer, and will continue serving on the board.
In this role, Zimmerman is responsible for leading the company’s U.S.-based business, including overall performance, commercial and financial execution, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
In this role, Abert will lead the development and direction of the company’s plant support division, strengthening a service area that has grown out of E.A. Bonelli + Associates’ aim to help clients improve, maintain and optimize facility performance.
During his decade on Tyson Foods’ Board of Directors, Schomburger has served on multiple committees, including Compensation, Audit, and Strategy and Acquisition, becoming chair of Strategy and Acquisition in 2021. He has served as lead independent director on the board since 2025.
