Uncrustables can soon be stored either in the refrigerator at home for up to five days — reducing thaw time — or kept in the freezer for longer-term storage.
Designed for the food storage and refrigeration industry, the system employs a wireless sensor and a gateway to take freezer temperature measurements at 20-minute intervals.
