Rytec Introduces System 4+ Door Controller

Rytec has introduced the System 4+ door controller, offering energy efficiency, adjustability and ease-of-use on many of Rytec’s doors.

Built for dynamic operations where forklifts and workers continuously move through multiple areas of a facility, the System 4+ controller monitors power consumption and uses dynamic speed curves to reduce energy use and parts wear. Its self-monitoring and self-diagnostic capabilities simplify troubleshooting, reduce maintenance downtime and minimize delays. The controller’s speed adjustments ensure smooth, efficient door operation and fewer components to reduce overall maintenance costs.

Authorized users can use the controller to match door movement with traffic patterns and environmental conditions by customizing door settings such as opening/closing speed, positioning, alarms and security/access control. The intuitive System 4+ interface is accessible via the wall-mounted touchpad or the mobile app on any Bluetooth-enabled device.

A heavy-duty, impact-resistant, NEMA 4X enclosure ensures the System 4+ controller is protected harsh environments, withstanding temperatures ranging from -4°F to 149°F.
