Terrance Marks was named president, North America Group for Coca-Cola Enterprises. Marks has worked for Coca-Cola since 1987, serving most recently as vice president and chief revenue officer of the North America Group.
Parmalat Dairy & Bakery Inc. sold its Archway and Mother's brands and its US and Canadian private label cookie businesses to Catteron Partners and its operating partner Insight Holdings. The US bakery will become the Archway & Mother's Cookie Company and the Canadian bakery will be known as the A&M Cookie Company Canada.
