Two of the Northeast dairy industry's independent companies, Organic Valley Family of Farms and Guida's Milk and Ice Cream, formed a co-processing partnership. All Organic Valley HTST white milks are being processed at Guida's milk and ice cream facility in New Britain, CT.

Sharon Nowak joined the K-Tron Feeder Group as the global business development manager for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to this position, Nowak worked for Hosokawa Micron Systems integrating feeders into food and pharmaceutical systems.

Dole Food Co. promoted Richard Dahl to president and chief operating officer. Previously, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Joseph Tesoriero assumes this position.
