Triple/S Dynamics’ Longhorn vibratory screeners move only the screen cloth through a vibrating rail. The screeners feature minimal structure vibration, low power consumption, low noise levels and low maintenance requirements. The Longhorn family can screen down to 325 mesh. Standard size decks include 4 x 8, 5 x 10, 5 x 12 and 6 x 12 ft., and are stagger-stacked at a 33° incline. The screeners can be configured with up to 5 decks arranged in series. Typical applications include screening salt, sugar and flours.
Wayne Labs has more than 30 years of editorial experience in industrial automation.
