FDA releases Food Defense Plan Builder
New software integrates existing tools and resources.
FDA released its Food Defense Plan Builder software, designed to help food manufacturing facility owners and operators develop personalized food defense plans in accordance with FSMA requirements. The new tool integrates existing guidance and resources, including FDA’s food defense guidance documents, Vulnerability Assessment Tool and Mitigation Strategies Database.
