AIOE publishes guidelines, protocols on Total Cost of Ownership for peer review

The Alliance for Innovation and Operational Excellence (AIOE), founded by PMMI in 2011, has listed the guidelines, protocols and worksheets on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for peer review.

According to AIOE, the check lists and guidance documents were developed as a joint collaboration between consumer packaged goods professionals and original equipment manufacturers. The goal of the document is to establish One Voice, i.e., a consensus along the supply chain, for calculating TCO when considering manufacturing equipment for packaged goods.

AIOE is asking the public to review the documents and provide feedback to improve them. Comments must be submitted by Dec. 11 to AIOE Managing Director Steve Schlegel at sschlegel@pmmialliance.org.
