National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health to hold a special meeting
OSHA announced the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health will hold a special meeting on March 4, in Washington, DC to consider and make recommendations on OSHA’s draft Safety and Health Program Management Guidelines.
NACOSH will meet from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., in Room N-5437, Conference Rooms A - B, at the US Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20210. Some committee members may attend by teleconference.
The meeting is open to the public. Persons interested in attending the meeting by teleconference, submitting written comments, making an oral statement at the meeting, accessing security procedures for entering the building, or requesting reasonable accommodation to attend the meeting should contact Gretta Jameson at (202) 693-2176 or jameson.grettah@dol.gov by Feb. 24, 2016.
NACOSH was established under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to advise, consult with and make recommendations to the Secretaries of Labor and Health and Human Services on matters relating to the administration of the Act, including regulatory, research, compliance assistance and enforcement issues.
