Pulmuone Foods Co. Ltd. purchased the assets of Vitasoy USA Inc.

Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. announced the following promotions: David Gill, vice president, supply chain US and Canada; Pete Jensen, vice president, supply chain international

Waterleau Group has acquired the anaerobic biological wastewater treatment plant design-build business of Ecovation and the membership interests of Krofta Technologies and their DAF technology from Ecolab.

Paul Doody was appointed global marketing director at Domino Printing Sciences.

Klockner Pentaplast appointed Peter Heinze as COO.

Honeywell named Darius Adamczyk as president and COO.

Erik Fihlman was named program manager, bakery, prepared foods and seafood, for Linde LLC.

Aseptia hired John A. Hudson as executive vice president and chief intellectual property officer.

The Coca-Cola Company promoted Helen Smith Price to vice president of global community affairs and president of the Coca-Cola Foundation.

The American Frozen Food Institute selected Alison Bodor as its new president and CEO.

Constellation Brands will acquire The Prisoner Wine Company portfolio of brands from Huneeus Vintners.

Anheuser-Busch will acquire the Devils Backbone Brewing Company.

Wind Point Partners has acquired Evans Food Group and its subsidiaries.

Domino Printing Sciences named Nigel Bond a member of the Brother Executive Management Team.
