Berner Food & Beverage opened its expanded manufacturing facility in Dakota, IL. The private-label, RTD-coffee and beverage producer updated equipment and lines, and increased total manufacturing space to 285,000 sq.-ft. and warehousing to 170,000 sq.-ft.
Columbus Craft Meats completed a $16-million expansion at the company’s Hayward, CA salami cutting facility.
Americold broke ground on a new temperature-controlled warehouse in Middleborough, MA. The 173,000-sq.-ft. facility, which will open in September 2018, will support Ocean Spray’s Craisins production requirements for its harvesting operation in the Northeast.
