September 3, 2026

General Mills’ Pillsbury brand is introducing ready-to-bake frozen croissants.

Pillsbury Butter Grands! Croissants and Chocolate Grands! Croissants go straight from the freezer to the oven, making it easy to enjoy a warm, bakery-style croissant at home.

“More people want to recreate the quality and indulgence of a bakery experience at home but without the time and effort that traditionally comes with it,” says Maria Carolina Comings, vice president and business unit director for Pillsbury at General Mills. “Pillsbury Grands! Croissants give fans an easier way to enjoy golden, flaky croissants that are ready in under 30 minutes, leaving more time for the moments that bring people together.”

Pillsbury Grands! Croissants feature 48 delicate layers for a light, flaky texture. Butter Grands! Croissants are made with real butter for a rich, classic bite, while Chocolate Grands! Croissants feature a Belgian chocolate filling.

Available as a permanent addition to the freezer section at retailers nationwide, each package includes eight pastries that can be baked individually or together.
