Bunge Limited announced a transition of leadership at Bunge Europe, Middle East and Africa (Bunge EMEA). Jean-Louis Gourbin, chief executive officer, Bunge EMEA, will retire, and Tommy Jensen, currently chief operating officer, Bunge EMEA, will succeed him as CEO and report directly to Alberto Weisser, chairman and chief executive officer, Bunge Limited.

Campbell Soup Company announced that Pat Callaghan plans to step down as president of Pepperidge Farm at the end of the company’s fiscal year, July 31, 2012, after more than 30 years with the company. Campbell named current Chief Strategy Officer Irene Chang Britt as the new president of Pepperidge Farm. Britt will be based at Pepperidge Farm’s headquarters in Norwalk, CT and will report to Campbell’s President and CEO Denise Morrison.

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Naturally Fresh, Inc., a privately owned Atlanta, GA-based maker of refrigerated dressings, sauces, marinades, dips and specialty items.
