Ahold USA to Build New USDA-Certified Meat Facility in Harrisburg Region
The 162,000-sq-ft facility will be built in Cumberland County, PA.

PA Governor Tom Corbett has announced Ahold USA’s plans to build a new 162,000-sq-ft. meat processing facility in Cumberland County, PA. Ahold USA, which supports four regional retail grocery divisions throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions, had considered building in several states before settling on Pennsylvania. The plant’s opening is expected to create 850 new jobs.
