Duravant to acquire Mespack
Duravant, a global engineered equipment manufacturer serving the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors, said Thursday it has acquired the Spanish company Mespack, a manufacturer of flexible packaging equipment specializing in horizontal form-fill-seal technologies for flexible sachet, pouch and stick packs.
The acquisition marks the second for Duravant in the packaging sector within 30 days.
