Sabra Dipping Company broke ground on a 40,000-sq.-ft. addition to its greater Richmond, VA, facility, increasing its logistics capabilities and warehouse space. 

Tippmann Innovation completed the construction of a 205,000-sq.-ft. cold storage facility for Win Chill Cold Storage in Sioux Falls, SD—and has immediately begun construction on a second-phase freezer addition of 126,000 sq.-ft. to the just-opened facility.

Glanbia Nutritionals, Dairy Farmers of America and Select Milk Producers have selected the City of St. Johns, MI, as the preferred location for their new joint venture, large-scale cheese and whey production facility. The $470 million project is expected to be commissioned before the end of the year.

Americold Realty Trust, in partnership with Ocean Spray, announced the opening of its 165,000-sq.-ft refrigerated/frozen cranberry warehouse located in Middleborough, MA.

Caviness Beef Packers plans to expand its processing facility in Hereford, TX, adding 600 jobs to its roster. Construction begins this year with a complete date in early fall of 2019.
