Stellar will construct a new production facility for fairlife milk that receives extra filtration. The 300,000-sq.-ft. production and distribution facility will be in Goodyear, Ariz.

ARYZTA opened a new bakery in Chaska, Minn., to expand production of its Otis Spunkmeyer cookie line, increasing throughput by more than 40%. 

Mountaire opened a $170 million poultry processing plant in Siler City, N.C. The facility, formerly a Townsend processing plant, will employ up to 1,250 people.

McCain Foods plans to invest $300 million to expand its Othello, Wash., potato processing facility, adding 170,000 sq. ft.

The Hershey Co. will invest $104 million to expand its Stuarts Draft, Va., Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups facility, adding 110,000 sq. ft.

Aurora Organic Dairy opened a 127,000-sq.-ft. milk processing and warehouse facility in Columbia, Mo.

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated will expand its West Memphis, Ark., production facility, investing $33 million and adding 200,000 sq. ft.
