Barrett Petfood Innovations broke ground on a new $18 million, 160,000-sq.-ft. facility in Little Falls, Minn., which is expected to double Barrett’s production facilities and add 85 jobs.
Tyson Foods built a new 26,000-sq.-ft. facility in Springdale, Ark., geared to the development of automation and robotics in all its facilities companywide. The facility contains a machine vision lab and classrooms for automation/robotics training.
Kroger and Ocado Solutions will build a new Kroger distribution center in Forest Park, Ga. The $121 million facility will create 410 jobs.
Idaho Milk Products is celebrating the completion of a $30 million expansion at its Jerome, Idaho, facility, increasing capacity to 1 million pounds of milk per day.
International Farmaceutical Extracts LLC plans a $6 million CBD oil extraction and distillation facility in Danville, Ky.
Rosina Food Products plans to build a new $58 million plant in West Seneca, N.Y., to make frozen meatballs, sausage and toppings.
