MegaShear is an ultra high-shear rotor/stator suitable for high-throughput emulsification, dispersion and homogenization. The 11,300 fpm tip speed and proprietary geometry of the mixing head are reported to generate a level of shear that is usually reserved for high pressure homogenizers.
