FSIS has released a generic hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) model for raw non-intact egg products.

This guidance document, which has been issued to increase the supply of infant formula, will remain in effect until November 14, 2022, at which time the FDA will evaluate whether any extension is necessary.
