Bosch Rexroth appointed Paul Cooke regional president Americas and president and CEO of Bosch Rexroth Corporation US.

Coca-Cola agreed to purchase Xiamen Culiangwang Beverage Technology Company for approximately $400 million.

The Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) will honor former ConAgra Foods CEO Gary Rodkin, former Walgreens President and CEOGreg Wasson and Flowers Foods Chairman of the Board George Deese with the GMA Hall of Achievement Award in August.

ESE, Inc. named Michael Richart as director of business operations.

Akro-Mils named Chad Gunder plant manager of its Sandusky, OH facility.

SATO appointed Michael Beedles as president of SATO America.

tna named Tim Reardon as its new group solutions manager—processing for the Americas.

Alltech acquired Ridley Inc. for $425.3 million.

Schneider Electric acquired LimeWare.

Paul Bailie joined TricorBraun as director of business development for food and beverage packaging for the company’s Eastern regional office in Philadelphia.

Andrew J. Hulse was named vice president of sales and marketing for Accraply.

Icicle Seafoods, Inc. appointed Amy Humphreys chairman of its board of directors. Chris Ruettgers was named the company’s CEO, and LaDon Johnson was appointed president.

McDonald’s named Doug Goare president, international lead markets. Dave Hoffman will transition to the role of president, high-growth markets, and Ian Borden will assume the role of president, foundational markets.

Technomic Inc. promoted Bernadette Noone to vice president.

D.E Master Blenders 1753 and Mondelez International received approval from the European Commission to combine coffee businesses, forming Jacobs Douwe Egberts.

The Wendy’s Company appointed Kurt Kane as chief concept officer.

MeadWestvaco Corporation completed its agreement with International Paper to acquire the Carolina coated bristols business.

Molex Incorporated acquired certain assets of Soligie, Inc.

ESE, Inc. named Cory Nelson a company solution sales manager.

Hollywood Foods changed its corporate name to Gabriella’s Kitchen.

Taco Bell Corp. named Marisa Thalberg chief brand engagement officer.

Industria Macchine Automatiche S.p.A. acquired the operating business of OYSTAR Group.

Vapor Power International, LLC has acquired Precision Boilers.

ABB opened a new automation and power service office near Lake Charles, LA.

Blue Moon Brewing Company announced it will build a pilot brewery in Denver’s RiNo Art District.

Brew Hub signed an agreement with Toppling Goliath to expand distribution and grow volume.

Land O’Lakes, Inc. hired Tim Scott as senior vice president and CMO.

 Arrowhead Systems acquired select assets of Trillium Automation, Inc.
