Over the past five years, Anheuser-Busch has invested nearly $2 billion in its 100 facilities across the country to enhance operations, advance technology and meet evolving consumer demand.

In operational terms, the cooperation mainly involves a sales partnership in specifically defined countries and regions.

The expansion includes enhancements to the bakery facility, which are aimed at improving product consistency, efficiency and baking excellence.

Chomps is also planning a new, 300,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in Mexico, Mo., which is slated to open this year.

The facility will serve as a hub to distribute products to customers and communities throughout Georgia’s Cherokee, Fannin, Gilmer, Pickens, Towns and Union counties.

The first phase of the project, which is now complete, covers 20,950 sq. ft. and features 754 solar panels, generating 407.16 kW DC and 400 kW AC.

Furthermore, by upgrading its energy infrastructure, Ingredion will improve operational efficiency and reliability while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
