USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is expanding its resources for small plants by launching a virtual representative that provides continual access to information.
The six-month Food Incubator program will provide the entrepreneurs with the resources—including a $25,000 grant—workspace and support to develop their ideas.
