The new facility – which will replace the current 90-year-old production plant in Denver – will allow the company to provide its employees with a modern working environment, meet rising customer demand and advance its sustainability goals.

Under the terms of the agreement, Justin's will operate as a standalone company, owned 51% by Forward Consumer Partners and 49% by Hormel Foods.

The company has purchased 39 acres in Jefferson, Wisconsin, located between Madison and Milwaukee.
