Dow Packaging and Specialty Plastics, a business unit of Dow, and HP Indigo, Reifenhäuser, Cadel Deinking and Karlville, have debuted a first-of-its-kind pouch-to-pouch mechanical recycling concept.  

GOUSTO, a U.K.-based subscription meal kit company, is trialing a “world-first” edible packaging solution to help improve the environmental credentials in its recipe boxes. 

Kraft Heinz announced it will combine its U.S. and Canada businesses to create the North America Zone, which is expected to be effective in the second fiscal quarter of 2022. 

Scheduled to break ground in spring 2022, the 500,000-square-foot Cattlemen’s Heritage beef-harvesting plant, to be located in northern Mills County just south of Council Bluffs, will harvest 1,500 head per day and employ up to 750 people.
