Viserion International and its subsidiaries are backed by a fund managed by Pinnacle Asset Management, L.P., a New York-based alternative asset management firm focused on global commodities markets.
More than 50% of the Covington plant will be powered by solar panels, helping to reduce R.A Jones’ carbon footprint and lower its annual electricity costs.
Spearheading this latest funding effort are SPI fund (Sociétés de Projets Industriels) and French Tech Seed, both managed by Bpifrance (Banque Publique d'Investissement) on behalf of the French government. Astanor Ventures, Redalpine, Newfund, and VERSO Capital also joined in this round.
