Startup Cocuus recently launched production of plant-based 3D printed bacon at a facility in Northern Spain with partner Foody’s. 

The expanded Cognizin Citicoline manufacturing facility is located in Hofu, Japan.

The company has a definitive agreement to acquire a broiler processing plant, hatchery and feed mill in Dexter, Mo., that were recently closed by Tyson Foods, Inc.

DrinkPAK was represented by Newmark for the leases in Fort Worth, totaling 2.9 million square feet.

The first phase of IWI Kingman will be home to more than 30,000 pallet positions and 43 dock doors. 

The new 158,000-sq.-ft. building also houses Emmi Roth’s new state-of-the-art conversion facility, which will cup, bag, wedge, shred and crumble the company’s cheese products for a variety of brands.

The planned closure of the facility reflects Post’s need to reduce capacity in its cereal production network.

Set to open in 2025, the plant will create nearly 400 new jobs and supply milk to more than 750 Walmart and Sam’s Club stores in the Southeast.

The company has opened a $300 million fully-cooked food production facility in Danville, Va.

The Eltopia, Wash., facility is for manufacturing and repairs.
