Stellar has begun work on a $12.8 million expansion for Farbest Foods, Inc., a global supplier of raw, fresh and frozen turkey products. 

Scheduled to break ground in spring 2022, the 500,000-square-foot Cattlemen’s Heritage beef-harvesting plant, to be located in northern Mills County just south of Council Bluffs, will harvest 1,500 head per day and employ up to 750 people. 

HempRise has opened its 100,000-square-foot operation in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The plant has the capacity to produce 10 metric tons of hemp biomass per day, which is equivalent to approximately 8 million pounds of biomass per year. The company selected Gray to design and build the facility.
