This acquisition strengthens Valeo Foods Group’s position in the packaged wafers, cakes and biscuits category, complementing its Balconi business in southern Europe and international markets.
The expanded facility, which is located at 12725 4 Mile Road in Franksville, Wis., stands at over 334,000 sq. ft., featuring 32 dock doors and 37,500 pallet positions.
The course is designed for food manufacturers, sanitarians, quality assurance managers, food plant managers, food engineers, individuals and companies required to follow the Food Safety Modernization Act, as well as those developing in-house food safety programs.
