The company says it continues to evolve its business strategy, offer valuable upskilling programs and provide team members with long-term wealth-building opportunities.

In addition to the robotic manufacturing operations, the campus will combine multiple Yaskawa Drives and Motion facilities into one location over the next three to eight years, eventually encompassing more than 800,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, packaging and training space.

The expansion will add a production line at the 150,000-sq.-ft. King’s Hawaiian facility located in the Oakwood South Industrial Park.

Post acquired 8th Avenue for approximately $880 million, which includes the assumption of $111 million in finance leases.

In addition to creating jobs, both plants support the region’s agricultural economy by processing more than 800 million lbs. of raw milk from 236 local dairy farmers annually.

The company will consolidate operations and add manufacturing at a 90,000-sq.-ft. building that is under construction in Pennsylvania’s Lower Nazareth and Bethlehem townships, which is expected to be open next year.

This effort also supports Cargill’s climate goals, which include a 10% reduction in operational emissions by this year.

The transaction expands C.H. Guenther’s tortilla manufacturing capacity and deepens its relationships with foodservice and quick-service restaurant customers.

An outcome of this collaboration was the identification of a bottleneck in the five-roll mill refiner.

EATS 2025 includes three production lines, which will be manufacturing sliced pepperoni, blueberry-filled Danishes and fresh pet food.
